There are more events to come with Changuito if you are interested become part of our 2009 Cuba drumming retreat where he will be teaching as well as other Cuban Master drummers.  May 1 to May 8 2009We're back...
A week of Cuba: The drums, the dance, the festivals and parades! The Retreat Week will include the following highlights: Holguin, Antilla and Santiago City day tours, Holguin Vocational Art School tour, private workshop and performance by legendary Ballet Folkoric "CUTUMBA," masterclass sessions, poolside "Descarga" with local master percussionists and drum circles on the beach.
 Also we’ve planned a day trip to a deserted island for music, local food and celebrations with musicians from Antilla – CUBA STYLE!The major attraction for the week will include formal registration for full participation and all access passes for the Festival la Romeria de Mayo in Holguin City.
Festival includes workshops, masterclasses, artist demonstrations, interactive jam sessions and live concert performances by some of the most popular Cuban bands! Viva los Battaria!
